What are the Ways to Add Properties to my Portfolio?

You’ve created a portfolio and need to populate it with properties
You’re working with off-market or exclusive listings
You want to reuse listings across multiple buyers

Step-by-step instructions

Once inside your portfolio, choose one of the options below. You can mix methods in the same portfolio.

Option 1 — Manual Entry (Best for off-market or exclusive listings)

Open the portfolio you want to add properties to.
Click + Create Listing.
Fill in the property details:

- Address
- Price
- Property description
- Key features (beds, baths, size, amenities)

Upload photos or media.
Save the listing.

Use this when:

You have properties that don’t exist on public portals or the listings that require log in to the portal to be visible.

Option 2 — Import Listings (Best for speed and scale)

Click Import Listing and choose one of the following sources:

A. From URLs

Paste one or multiple listing links from property portals or real estate websites.
Confirm the import.

Use this when: You’re sourcing properties from online portals and want to avoid manual data entry.

B. From CRM

Select From CRM.
Choose the listings from your connected CRM system.
Import them into the portfolio.

Common issues & tips

Duplicate listings:

Reuse listings via From PropWise instead of re-creating them.

Incomplete data after URL import:
