How to Create a Property Listing Manually

• Imported listings are incomplete or inaccurate
• You want full control over how the property is presented to the buyer

Waiting on a link or CRM sync may slow down your process.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open the portfolio where you want to add the property.
2. Click + Create Listing.
3. Fill in the core property details:

• Address, Price, Property description, Key features (beds, baths, size, amenities)
• Upload photos or media (images, floor plans, PDFs if available)

4. Click Save.

The listing is now live within the portfolio and visible to the client when the portfolio is shared.

• Incomplete descriptions can lead to buyer confusion and back-and-forth.
