What PropWise is NOT
It’s just as important to understand what PropWise is designed not to do, so expectations stay clean and the product is used correctly.
PropWise is not a property marketplace
PropWise does not publicly list properties, rank listings, or connect buyers directly with sellers.
There is no open search, no buyer browsing, and no lead generation marketplace.
Instead, PropWise is an agent-led workspace.
Agents curate properties they already source and share them privately with clients to manage:
- Shortlists
- Communication
- Documents
- Deal context
If you’re looking for a Zillow-style portal, this is not it.
PropWise is not an MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
PropWise does not:
- Host a shared inventory
- Syndicate listings across the market
- Replace national or regional MLS systems
There is no “single source of truth” for listings inside PropWise.
What it does provide is a workflow and collaboration layer on top of listings you already source—from portals, brokers, off-market deals, or your own network.
PropWise is not a CRM
PropWise is not meant to manage:
- Lead pipelines
- Marketing automations
- Mass email campaigns
- Sales funnels or prospecting stages
While it can integrate with your existing CRM, PropWise is a client-facing value platform, not a lead database.
It lives between lead qualification and transaction completion, where most CRMs stop adding value.
The right mental model
Think of PropWise as your property command center:
- You source properties anywhere
- You curate and structure them in PropWise
- You collaborate with buyers inside one controlled space
- You manage documents, feedback, and progress without chaos
PropWise doesn’t replace your tools upstream (portals, MLS, CRM).
It eliminates the messy middle where deals usually stall, fragment, or lose trust.
