How to Sync Listings from Your CRM

TL;DR

Pull listings directly from your connected CRM into a PropWise portfolio—no re-entry, no copy-paste. This keeps your data consistent and saves time when building or updating portfolios.


When to use this

Use this workflow when:

  • Your listings already live in a connected CRM
  • You want to avoid manual entry or duplicate data
  • You’re updating a portfolio with properties you already manage elsewhere

If the data exists upstream, don’t recreate it downstream.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the portfolio you want to add listings to.
  2. Click Import Listing.
  3. Select From CRM.
  4. Choose the listings from your connected CRM system.
  5. Confirm the import.

The selected listings are added to the portfolio instantly.

Common issues & tips

  • CRM not connected

If you don’t see the From CRM option, your CRM integration is not set up. Connect your CRM first.

  • Missing listings

Only listings available in your CRM and supported by the integration will appear. Check CRM permissions and listing status.

  • Data consistency check

Imported listings reflect CRM data at the time of import. If details change later in the CRM, re-import or update manually as needed.

  • Best practice

Use CRM import as your default for on-market or internally managed listings. Reserve manual entry for off-market or early-stage opportunities.
