How to Sync Listings from Your CRM

Consider this workflow when:
- Your listings are already in a connected CRM.
- You wish to avoid manual entry or duplicate data.
- You’re updating a portfolio with properties you manage elsewhere.
If the data exists upstream, there is no need to recreate it downstream.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open the portfolio you wish to add listings to.
- Click Import Listing.
- Select From CRM.
- Choose the listings from your connected CRM system.
- Confirm the import.
The selected listings are added to the portfolio instantly.
Common issues & tips
- CRM not connected
If the From CRM option is unavailable, your CRM integration may not be set up. We recommend connecting your CRM first.
- Missing listings
Only listings available in your CRM and supported by the integration will appear. Please check CRM permissions and listing status.
- Data consistency check
Imported listings reflect CRM data at the time of import. If details change later in the CRM, consider re-importing or updating manually as needed.
