### Step-by-step instructions

#### Option 1: Import from URLs (Best for online listings)

1. Open the portfolio where you want to add properties.
2. Click **Import Listing**.
3. Select **From URLs**.
4. Paste the listing link from property portals or real estate websites.
5. Click **Add**.
