# How to Create a Property Listing Manually

Consider manual listing creation when:
* The property is **off-market** or privately sourced
* You received details via **WhatsApp, PDF, or verbal brief**
* Imported listings are **incomplete or inaccurate**
* You want **full control** over how the property is presented to the buyer

Waiting on a link or CRM sync may slow down your process.

### Step-by-step instructions
1. Open the **portfolio** where you want to add the property.
2. Click **+ Create Listing**.
3. Fill in the core property details:
* **Address, Price, Property description, Key features** (beds, baths, size, amenities)
* Upload **photos or media** (images, floor plans, PDFs if available)
4. Click **Save**.

The listing is now live within the portfolio and visible to the client when the portfolio is shared.
