# How do I Access the Portfolio Feature?

Use this when you want to:
* View existing portfolios (active or closed)
* Create a new portfolio for a buyer or project
* Quickly switch between client portfolios

### Step-by-step instructions

#### Option 1 — Direct login flow (Most common)

1. Go to the **PropWise login page**.
2. Log in using your email and password.
3. After login, you’ll be taken directly to the **Portfolios page**.
4. This page is your **portfolio dashboard**, where you can:
* See all existing portfolios
* Filter by active or closed
* Create a new portfolio

1. Click **Portfolios** in the header to open the portfolio dashboard.

### Common issues & tips
* **Don’t see any portfolios?**
   You might be a new user or haven’t created one yet. We recommend clicking **Create Portfolio** to get started.
* **Unexpected page after login?**
   You can use the main navigation to manually access **Portfolios**.
* **Access issues?**
   Ensure your account has the correct role or permissions.
